Free Intro Class

The intro class is a one-time 30 min class outlining the basics governing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu theory. This class serves as a preparatory class to those interested in seriously enrolling at the academy and training at least twice a week in our beginner "Blue B" program (indicated on our schedule).

Intro class times available for walk-ins. Our introductory classes are offered everyday to fit the busiest of schedules.

Intro classes run Monday - Friday and start sharply @ 6:00pm.   On Saturday, the intro class starts at 12:00 noon.

Enrollees should show up at least 15 min prior to intro class time with athletic wear (ie shorts or sweatpants and shirt).

 To attend a trial lesson you can simply come to the above scheduled times. If you are unable to attend these times please email: info@renzogracie.com or call the academy at 212.279.6724. Please write : “INTRO” in the subject line followed by the date and time you would like to come. Please also leave a contact number. For cost information you must come in and speak with one of our Program Directors in person (Max or Peter).

We provide lockers and showers ...(please bring your own lock and towel)

The academy is located at 224 west 30th st (btwn 7th and 8th avenues). Walk into the building past the elevators and down the stairs. We are located in the basement level. For directions to the academy, click here.
